Mission: The Office of Research Compliance (ORC) at the Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) serves all of PHMC, its affiliates, and collaborating institutions to ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements relating to research involving human subjects.
Committees: ORC operates an Institutional Review Board (IRB), a Data and Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB), and a Research Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) Committee.
Training and Education: ORC provides ongoing support and training to research personnel to promote ethical research administration, management, and compliance.
